Intercompanies training
This formula allows to gather lots of experience through encounters, information sharing and exchange of ideas with people of different backgrounds. It facilitates the access to certain matters that are sometimes delicate to discuss with staff members or colleagues.

These sessions encourage an open mind approach and a reflection on the organisation’s current business life. They are usually conducted as a presentation followed by questions and answers.

In order to reinforce the impact of certain trainings and make them a bit more playful we can offer you short interventions on specific themes, e.g. choral singing or a theatrical performance. These activities affect the social skills and the knowledge of becoming, and naturally reinforce several personal and relational qualities (listening, understanding, synchronisation, etc).
Within that same objective we can organise workshops on “Well-being” in support of the stress management trainings. As such allowing everyone to find the formula that fits best.
